Awards are given to outstanding sports participants in the
following order:
(a) Rs. 4000 each to the first 50 students.
(b) Rs. 1500 each to the next 100 students.
(c) Apart from this, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place holders in All
India Inter University tournaments will get
Rs. 750, 500 and 300 respectively.
Youth Festival: First place winners in Youth Festival
(individual item) will get Rs. 750/- and the winning team
in group item will get Rs.1000/.
Cultural Scholarship at Rs. 200 p.m. for 10 months.
Fellowships: JRF given by University.
(a) Rs. 7500 pm for 2 yrs - Science subjects.
(b) Rs. 5000 pm for 2 yrs - Humanities & Social Sciences.
(c) Rs. 5600 pm for 3rd & Subsequent years.
(d) Rs. 5000 - Annual contingent grant.
