4	Where To Apply	The Registrar, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam 686 560.
5	Documents required	Photocopies of the marklists/Degree Certificates etc.
6	Fees	Fee of Rs.500/- per copy.
7	Mode of payment - Whom to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University.
8	Mode of payment - Where to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1.Pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or FRIENDS Janaseva Kendras at Kottayam, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki. 2.Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch of S.B.T.
9	Special Conditions	Syllabus  can be had from the concerned Academic Section of the University for return after taking photocopies of the relevent pages.  Syllabus copies are available in the University General Store also.
