1	How To Apply	1. Regular students who discontinue their course can rejoin by applying through the Principal in a prescribed form cost Rs.25/-.  Private students can apply directly to the University remitting the prescrived fees.                                                                     2. You can get your application forms from ‘the Store Keeper, General Store, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam’ by providing University Chalan/Coupon for Rs.25/-. 3. Forms will be sent by post on request accomponied by University Chalan and self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope.
2	Who can apply	Candidates who have not obtained sufficient attendance to appear for an examination can apply.

4	Where To Apply	The Registrar, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam 686 560.
5	Documents required	Copy of mark lists and hall tickets of the last attended examinations.
6	Fees	Fee   for BA / BSC / B.com Rs. 250/- and   All other courses   Rs. 300/-
7	Mode of payment - Whom to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University.
8	Mode of payment - Where to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1.Pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or FRIENDS Janaseva Kendras at Kottayam, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki. 2.Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch of S.B.T.
