1	How To Apply	1. Submit a duly filled application form. 2. You can get your application forms from ‘the Store Keeper, Exam Store, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam’ by providing University Chalan/Coupon for Rs.50/- and Rs.20/- respectively. 3. Forms will be sent by post on request accomponied by University Chalan and self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope.
2	Who can apply	1. Candidates who had appeared for the Final year B.A/II year B.Sc examination are permitted to register as private candidates for the BA Degree examination offering a new group of Optional Subjects/Additional language. 2. Candidates who have passed Parts I and III of the B.A./B.Sc Degree Examination but failed in Part II – Additional Language are permitted to register as private candidates offering a new additional language.                                                      3. Candidates who have passed Parts I  are permitted to register as private candidates with Part II & III  simultaneously changed.                                                                                                                                 4. B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. Degree holders of this University are permitted to take a different additional language at one sitting by Private Registration.

5	Documents required	TC,  Marklist and all other documents prescribed in the Hand book issued along with the application form.
6	Fees	Optional Change  : Rs.250/- Faculty Change   : Rs.400/-
7	Mode of payment - Whom to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University.
8	Mode of payment - Where to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or FRIENDS Janaseva Kendras at Kottayam, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch of S.B.T.
