1	How To  Apply	1. Submit a duly filled in application form. 2. Those who have passed S.S.L.C. Examination and have not undergone any course of study under this University should remit the prescribed fee for the Migration Certificate and fee for registration as matriculate of this University and forward their S.S.L.C. books for verification  along with their application. 3. You can get your application forms from ‘the Store Keeper, Exam Store, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam 686 560’ by providing University Chalan/Coupon for Rs.25/-.                                                                         3. Forms will be sent by post on request accomponied by University Chalan and self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope.
2	Who can apply	1. A Regular candidate. 2. Private candidates registered with the university. 3. Those who have passed S.S.L.C. Examination and have not undergone any course of study under this University. 4. Any Candidates who are eligible for admission to University Course of studies.
3	Whom to apply	1. The Controller of Examinations. 2. The application should be forwarded through the Principal/Headmaster of the College/School where the student studied last.
4	Where To Apply	Submit the application for Migration Certificate to The Controller of Examinations, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam 686 560.
5	Documents required	1. Those who have passed S.S.L.C. Examination and have not undergone any course of study under this University should forward their S.S.L.C. books for verification along with their application. 2. Private candidates should forward with the application a Certificate from a Gazetted Officer regarding their pass at the University Examination & Attested copy of the qualifying examination.
6	Fees	1. Fee of Rs.100/- along with the application form. 2. In addition, a search fee of     Rs.50/- (if you apply one year after your examination).     Rs.100/- (if you apply 5 years after your examination)     Rs.250/- (if you apply 10 years after your examination). 3. Those who have passed S.S.L.C. Examination and have not undergone any course of study under this University should remit the prescribed fee (Rs.150/-) for the Migration Certificate and fee for registration as matriculate of this University along with their application.
7	Mode of payment - Whom to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1.Pay-in-slip 2 Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University.
8	Mode of payment - Where to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or FRIENDS Janaseva Kendras at Kottayam, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch of S.B.T.
