1 How To Apply 1. Submit a duly filled application form.
2. You can get your application forms from ‘the Store Keeper, General Store, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam’ by providing University Chalan/Coupon for Rs.25/-.
3. Forms will be sent by post on request accomponied by University Chalan and self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope.

2 Who can apply 1. Any student undergoing a course of study in an Indian University constituted under a State/Central enactment can be granted transfer to continue the course under the Mahatma Gandhi University.                                                                                          2. Inter University Transfer of student is possible for all courses except for post graduate courses and final year degree courses.

2.  Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University.
8 Mode of payment - Where to Pay You can make fee payments to the University through:-
1. Pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or FRIENDS Janaseva Kendras at Kottayam, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki.
2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch of S.B.T.
9 Special Conditions 1.  The course of study prescribed by the University shall be the same to which the student is admitted.
2. Inter University Transfer for all professional courses is allowed only within the state and that too only at the commencement of the second year.
3. The student who join the second year degree from other Universities have to take their first year examination along with their second year regular examination as per the scheme & syllabus of M.G.University
4. No malpractice case should be pending against the applicant.                                                                            5. Inter University Transfer is not allowed in the Third year Degree course.                                                                                               6. Inter collegiate transfer of professional courses in the second year shall be made purely on the basis of rank secured by the candidate at the State Entrance Examination, by notification.
