You can get your application forms from ‘the Store Keeper, General  Store, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam’ by providing University Chalan/Coupon for Rs.25/-. 3. Forms will be sent by post on request accomponied by University Chalan and self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope.

6	Mode of payment - Whom to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip.. 2.  Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University.
7	Mode of payment - Where to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or FRIENDS Janaseva Kendras at Kottayam, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch of S.B.T.
8	Special Conditions	1. The course and subject of study in both the centres should be the same. 2. No malpractice case should be pending against the applicant. 3. In order to combine the attendance in both colleges, collect T.C. only after getting sanction from the University.                                                                                                                                                                               4. Inter college transfer of Post Graduate courses shall be limited to the first year of the course.                5. Inter collegiate transfer for all professional courses is allowed only within the state and that too only at the commencement of the second year.                                                                                               6. Inter collegiate transfer of professional courses in the second year shall be made purely on the basis of rank secured by the candidate at the State Entrance Examination, by notification.
