1	How To Apply	1. Submit a duly filled application form. 2. You can get your application forms from ‘the Store Keeper, General Store, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam’ by providing University Chalan/Coupon for Rs.25/-. 3. Forms will be sent by post on request accomponied by University Chalan and self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope.

4	Where To Apply	The Registrar, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam 686 560.
5	Documents required	Attested copies of Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate, all mark lists and T.C. to the effect that the candidate passed the qualifying examinations as a regular candidate.  For candidates who have passed the examinations under correspondence stream should produce attested copies of course certificate from the Directorate of Distance Educations concerned.
6	Fees	Fee of Rs. 100/-
7	Mode of payment - Whom to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip.. 2.  Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University.
8	Mode of payment - Where to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or FRIENDS Janaseva Kendras at Kottayam, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch of S.B.T.
9	Special Conditions	The application for Eligibilty Certificate will be entertained if the degree/certificate courses  already recognised as listed in the University records at Ac.D Section.
