1 How To Apply 1. Submit a duly filled application form (Form for Degree Certificate) along with a request from the candidate.
2. You can get your application forms from ‘the Store Keeper, Exam Store, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam’ by providing University Chalan/Coupon for Rs.25/-.
3. Forms will be sent by post on request accomponied by University Chalan and self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope.

5 Documents required 1. An affidavit from the Notary Public on Rs.50/- stamp paper, stating that the certificate had been lost irrecoverably. No affidavit is necessary if the damaged part of the original is forwarded
OR
2. The course certificate from the Principal of the institution  where the candidate had studied for that degree course-if he is a regular student.
6 Fees Duplicate Pre-Degree/Degree/Diploma certificate          : Rs.500/-                                                                                                                                                                          Fee of Rs.2000/- for a duplicate certificate for a second time.                                                                                                                    Search Fee after 1 year of the Publication of Results     :Rs.25/- 
                  after 5 years of the Publication of Results   :Rs.100/-
                  after 10 years of the Publication of Results :Rs.500/-      
7 Mode of payment - Whom to Pay You can make fee payments to the University through:-
1. Pay-in-slip.
2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University.
8 Mode of payment - Where to Pay You can make fee payments to the University through:-
1. Pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or FRIENDS Janaseva Kendras at Kottayam, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki.
2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch of S.B.T.
