You can get your application forms from ‘the Store Keeper, Exam Store, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam’ by providing University Chalan/Coupon for Rs.25/-. 3. Forms will be sent by post on request accomponied by University Chalan and self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope.
2	Who can apply	Only for candidate who have passed the re-structured M.A., M.Sc., M.Com. Examinations.

4	Where To Apply	The Controller of Examinations, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam 686 560.
5	Documents required	Previous & Final year / semester marklists.
6	Fees	Rs. 50/- per paper.
7	Mode of payment - Whom to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University.
8	Mode of payment - Where to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or FRIENDS Janaseva Kendras at Kottayam, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch of S.B.T.
9	Special Conditions	1. Those who have passed re-structured MA/MSc/Mcom examination can better their marks. 2. All semester examinations are to be written in single sitting.                                                                                   3. Betterment can be done only once.
