Cancellation of an Examination

1	How To Apply	1. Submit a duly filled application form. 2. You can get your application forms from ‘the Store Keeper, Exam Store, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam’ by providing University Chalan/Coupon for Rs.25/-. 3. Forms will be sent by post on request accomponied by University Chalan and self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope.
2	Who can apply
3	Whom to apply	The Controller of Examinations.
4	Where To Apply	The Controller of Examinations, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam 686 560.
5	Documents required	1. The application form should be forwarded through the Principal. 2. The hall-ticket of the examination.
6	Fees	Fee of Rs.50/- per paper & per practical.
7	Mode of payment - Whom to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University.
8	Mode of payment - Where to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or FRIENDS Janaseva Kendras at Kottayam, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branchof S.B.T.
9	Time Limit - For Submission	Within two weeks (14 days) from the last  examination including practical/viva voce.                                        Restructured P.G., M.A., M.Sc., M.Com. Courses have no cancellation.
10	Special Conditions	1. All terminal examinations (of which results are not announced) except Ist MA/MSc/MCom and Professional courses can be cancelled. 2. On cancelling, papers of the same subject appeared in the previous papers including practicals will also get cancelled. 3. Cancellation is allowed only at the Ist appearance.                                                                                                          4. Four more consecutive chances are allowed for the reappearance of cancelled papers.
