1	How To Apply	1. Submit a duly filled application form. 2. You can get your application forms from ‘the Store Keeper, Exam Store, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam’ by providing University Chalan/Coupon for Rs.25/-. 3. Forms will be sent by post on request accomponied by University Chalan and self-addressed, sufficiently stamped envelope.

3	Whom to apply	To the Controller of Examination.
4	Where To Apply	The Controller of Examinations, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam 686 560.
5	Documents required	Copy of mark list of additional elective passed and copy of degree certificate.
6	Fees	Fee : Rs. 100/- Late Fee • One year after Publication of Results  Rs.50/- • Five years after publication of Results Rs.100/- • Ten years after publication of Results  Rs.250/-
7	Mode of payment - Whom to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University.
8	Mode of payment - Where to Pay	You can make fee payments to the University through:- 1. Pay-in-slip at the University Cash Counter or FRIENDS Janaseva Kendras at Kottayam, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Idukki. 2. Demand Draft in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at Mahatma Gandhi University Campus Branch of S.B.T.
9	Special Conditions	Specify centre of examination for degree and additional elective.
